Because our clothing decoration (embroidery, patches and appliqué) is made to your specifications, we handle returns and refunds as set out below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States from our Phoenixville, Pennsylvania location. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Custom orders
All our work is custom: we produce embroidery, patches and appliqué to your design and order details. Once production has started at our facility, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or design changes. We encourage you to confirm artwork and details before we begin.
Defects and errors
If you receive embroidery, patches or appliqué that are defective (e.g. significant stitching errors, wrong colors, or damage) or that do not match the approved order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos and will work with you to correct the issue (replacement or repair) or, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund. This does not cover minor variations that are normal in custom clothing decoration. This applies to orders shipped within the United States from our Phoenixville, Pennsylvania facility.
How to request a return
Contact us via the contact page with your order details and a description (and photos) of the issue. We will respond with next steps. Do not ship items back until we have approved the return and provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returns are processed for customers in the United States; our business is located in Phoenixville, PA.
